DAVE’S WEEKLY MARKET UPDATE

Happy Thursday!

Eggs:
Retail demand is heating up as Walmart and Aldi are using eggs as a loss leader to get people in for their holiday shopping. I do not expect there to be large increases but you can never tell.
Butter:
Butter is doing a slow seasonal decline. From what I am hearing and reading I do not feel we will see large decreases. We may see a slow steady decline into the low $2.00 level.
Cheese:
The cheese markets rebounded this week and both markets closed higher than this weeks averages. Demand is stronger on natural cheese and specialty cheese as opposed to American cheese. I feel that the rebound was just due to the unusually low markets we have been seeing.
Honor Foods would like to wish you a safe and relaxing weekend. As always we thank you for your business!
