Dave’s Weekly Market Update

Happy Thursday

Eggs,
The egg market jumped 30 cents this week but the increases did slow down today. I feel the increase will be much less next week.
Butter:
The market drifted down again slightly this week. I expect we will see the market go under the $2.00 mark around Thanksgiving when the demand drops off.
Cheese:
Both Block and Barrel dropped at least .06 today and I believe we will see a large drop in the near future.  Both closed lower than the average so if nothing changes we will see drops again next week.
Imported cheeses are starting to feel the effects of the Import Tariffs. Little by little we will see many of those items rising as older inventories are used up.
We all wish you a safe and relaxing weekend and as always, thank you for your continued business.
