DAVE’S WEEKLY MARKET UPDATE

Eggs:
Once again eggs remained flat at these low levels. We are hearing that conditions are tightening up and minor increases are on the horizon.
Butter:
There were 22 loads traded on the CME this week which dropped butter .04. I do not expect to get back into the low $2.20’s like we were seeing for a long time. Cream is tighter and multipliers that dairies pay have risen. Stay tuned!
Cheese:
The Barrel market dropped again with 28 loads moving at the CME. Blocks remained firm with not even 1 load changing hands. The spread has increased to over .14 cents.
Honor Foods thanks you for your continued business and we wish all of you a safe and relaxing weekend.
