DAVE’S WEEKLY MARKET UPDATE

Eggs:
The egg market turned around this week as we enter the holiday baking season. They are starting to move more aggressively than we have been seeing in the recent past. We will see a good uptick in the next two weeks.
Butter:
Butter seems to be becoming cyclical. It has been dropping in the beginning of the week and turning around and rising as the week progresses. I expect it to go up for a few weeks until right around Thanksgiving. I do not expect anything extreme at all.
Cheese:
Cheese has been dropping but did turn around today. The Block Barrel spread is still almost .25 and at some point that should tighten back up. Exports may come into play as Barrel cheese is now the cheapest heavily traded cheese item on the market.
We all thank you for your continued business and hope you have a great weekend.
