Dave’s Weekly Market Update

Eggs:
The egg market dropped again this week but we are hearing we are close to the bottom.
Butter:
The Butter market dropped again this week much to my surprise. The biggest drop was last Friday when it dropped almost .06. Today it ticked up a fraction of a cent. Maybe it is trying to find a floor but as always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and can guarantee no results.
Cheese:
Both markets were trending upwards until today when there were sharp drops. Demand and inventories are strong so we will have to wait and see where it settles out.
Cheese Cubes:
We have Great Lakes Cheese Variety Pack cubes due into Springfield mid next week. They are packed 6/2 Lbs. There are 2 bags each of Swiss, Pepper Jack and Mild Yellow Cheddar.  Our code is 1179. Ask your salesperson about this great new item. I have attached a sell sheet to this email for everyone to see. We may bring in other ones if you are all interested.
We all thank you for your continued business and wish you a safe and relaxing weekend.
