Dave’s Weekly Market Update

Eggs:
The white egg market has been stable this week as demand is closely matched with available inventories. Brown eggs have been coming down but are still much higher than the whites.
Butter:
Butter dropped earlier in the week and rebounded yesterday. It ended up dropping .01 for the week. Time shall tell.
Due to the higher butter markets in the past 3 weeks cream will be heading up once again for June.

Cheese:
Both Block and Barrel went up this week and the spread has closed to a very low .0175 lb. That is the lowest in quite a while. If nothing changes next week the Block will drop as the close is lower than the average.
We all want to thank you for your much appreciated business and wish you a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend.
