Dave’s Weekly Market Update

Happy Thursday to all,

Eggs:
The egg market is on fire once again. It is up .25 with more on the horizon. Supplies are tight and should loosen up around the week of the 19th. I think we will see more increases next week. As always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and can guarantee no results.
Butter:
Butter bounced around all week and ended up .02 higher for the week. Watch for more gyrations around this level for the next few weeks, then we may see a slight decline after the holiday baking season ends.
Cream:
Due to the drops in the butter market we were able to drop the prices on our cream items for the month of March.
Cheese:
Cheese did stabilize this week but dropped slightly for the week.
Healthy Brand Oils and Shortenings
We have expanded our offerings and added both Canola Salad Oil as well as Canola Fry. We are doing well with this line as more and more of you reorder and increase your volume. Please ask your salesperson about this great new line.
We all thank you for your continued business and hope you have an enjoyable weekend.
