Dave’s Weekly Market Update

Eggs:
The egg market rose an astounding .38 this week and seems to have more to go. This market never stops amazing me with its wild fluctuations.

Butter:
Butter was fairly stable this week but ended up down .02 due to the drop at the end of last week.
Cheese:
Cheese started adjusting downward as the week progressed. If nothing changes both markets will drop slightly as the close is lower than the average on both markets. The spread between the two markets has narrowed the gap from .22 to .155. This is still a huge spread and my guess is that the Block will drop more to somewhat correct this.

We all wish you a safe and relaxing weekend.  Thank you for your continued business.
