Dave’s Weekly Market Update

Eggs:
Eggs are still dropping but slowing down. Maybe the demand is catching up to the supply but there are still loads of available eggs flooding the marketplace. We may see some more decreases next week but I expect it to level off shortly before going back up for the holiday baking demand.
Butter:
Butter has bounced around since last Thursday and ended up .03 for the week. Still really unusual for this time of year.
Cheese:
Both Block and Barrel drifted lower this week. I expect we will see some more of the same next week but as always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and can guarantee no results.
