Dave’s Weekly Market Update

Happy Thursday!

Eggs:
There is an excess of  large and extra large eggs and this is driving the egg market down aggressively. I believe we will see more next week until demand balances out with the current supply.
Butter:
The butter market bounced around this week and ended up down a few cents for the week. Demand has been strong yet butter drops. Time shall tell.
Cheese:
The cheese markets both dropped a few cents today. The markets closed lower than the averages so chances are we will see a decrease in both next week. As always I must state that these are only my observations and opinions of the markets and can guarantee no results.
