Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Eggs:

The egg market continued its rise this week.  My belief was that we were close to the top last week but inventories are still fairly tight on the larger sizes.
Butter:
The Butter market was on a wild ride this week. It was as low as $2.4375 on Tuesday and rebounded today. I am beginning to hear mixed opinions if the market will rise much going into the 4th quarter, Time shall tell.
Cheese:
Both Block and Barrel rebounded this week and now the spread is back to a .09 spread which is too high. The markets certainly have been challenging in the past 2 weeks. I am uncertain as to how they will settle out at this moment.
Honor Foods as always thanks you for your continued support and business. We all want to wish you a safe and relaxing weekend.
