Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Happy Thursday!

Eggs:

The egg market went up a few pennies this week and seems to be relatively stable and “in balance”.  The huge export deal to Korea did not materialize in any grand fashion.

Butter:

Butter drifted down a little this week. I think we will see more weakness in the near future but nothing major. As always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and can guarantee no results.

Cream:

Due to butters rise in the end of December and early January cream is going up. Since we are pushing our Golden Sunshine 36% and 40% right now we are not going up until the end of next week. This gives you another week to buy in at the lower prices. Remember, we want your cream business!

IBP Frozen Fine grind 80/20 ground beef :

Both locations have inventory at way below current fresh market pricing. 10 cases or more $1.64 lb

Honor Foods thanks you for your business and support and wish you all a safe and relaxing mild winter weekend.
