Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Happy Thursday!

Eggs:
The egg market is starting to tighten up. Inventories are coming back into balance and the  eggs went up a little. Seeing as eggs have been so inexpensive for a while I expect the market to move up some but should not go too crazy. Large eggs are still readily available and the mediums and larger sizes are short of needs.

Butter:
Butter dropped .02 this week. The warmer weather will create demand for ice cream and this should help keep the market on somewhat of an even keel for the near future.
Cheese:
Both Block and Barrel bounced around this week settling right where they were, resulting in no change for the week.

Honor Foods thanks you for your continued business and we all wish you an enjoyable Spring weekend.
