Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Good afternoon,

Eggs:
The larger white eggs dropped a few more pennies to the lowest levels in a few years. We believe the inventories are beginning to balance out and the market should remain level for a week or two before it begins to rebound.
Butter:
The futures on butter rose this week and the cash market followed suit. It went up .12 between Tuesday and Wednesday. I am unsure where it will go!
Cheese:
Large inventory seems to be taking over and causing the markets to decline some in this week’s trading. Both block and barrel are showing signs of weakness. Unless something drastic changes I feel that we will see the markets drift slightly lower over the next week or so. As always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and can guarantee no results.
We all thank you for your continued business and wish you and your families a safe and relaxing spring weekend.
