Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Good afternoon to all.

Eggs:
The egg market has dropped dramatically this week to the lowest level in a long time. The excess supply is causing this. I would expect retailers to promote eggs now at inexpensive prices and that should help clean up some of the over supply.
Butter:
Butter rose a few pennies this week. Inventories are growing and growing demand is presently keeping the market from dropping.
Cheese:
Both markets dropped slightly this week as inventories are reaching 30 year highs. Demand has been strong and helping to keep the markets from dropping at this point.
Honor Foods thanks you for your continued business and wish you and your families a safe and relaxing weekend.
