Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Good Afternoon to all

Eggs:
The egg market went up another penny this week proving that eggs are still tight to current needs. I do not see this dropping until around Christmas week but as always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and guarantee no results.
Butter:
Retail demand for butter caused the market to remain firm and actually go up .02 this week. With demand strong, it might stay up at this level for another week or two, but……?
Cheese:
The cheese market continued to slide and maybe we are nearing the bottom?  Unless the market turns around, there will be more decreases next week as the actual close of the markets are lower than the weekly average.
Everyone at Honor Foods thanks you for your continued business and wishes you and your families a safe and relaxing weekend.
