Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Good Afternoon to all:

Eggs:

The egg market continued its drop again this weekend the larger sizes dropped another 9 cents. Urner Barry who creates the egg market says ” the market is attempting to settle at current levels”.

Butter:

The butter market shot up .08 today after making modest gains as the week progressed. This is a much more typical market for this time of year. I am not sure where this market will go, but….as always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and guarantee no results.

Cheese:

The cheese market continued its rise this week and it might continue. When we passed the $1.80 barrier it opened up the potential to rise even higher. There had been a superficial barrier that once the market hit around $1.80 it dropped back down. It had approached this level a few times since May, but met resistance and dropped back down.
Everyone at Honor Foods thanks you for your continued business and wish you and your families a safe and relaxing weekend.
