Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Good Afternoon to all:

Eggs:

The egg market continues to be aggressive as the supplies are “tight to short”. I feel again we will see more increases next week.

Butter:

The butter market dropped in the beginning of the week and bounced back some later in the week. I think we might have found the bottom of this market for a while. This should also cause cream cheese to stabilize in pricing also.

Cheese:

The cheese markets finally have corrected the spread between the block and barrel. The block dropped and the barrel rose slightly. As with butter I feel we have found a bottom price for the near term. Both cheese markets rose today at the exchange. I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and can guarantee no results.

We all wish you a safe and relaxing Spring weekend and thank you for your continued business!
