Dave’s Weekly Market Report

Good afternoon to all:

Eggs:

The egg market continued it’s free-fall this week  and I think we have probably  reached the bottom.

Butter:

The market went up a few more cents this week. There is still great concern due to the drought in New Zealand and the effect it is having on the world market on all dairy products.

Cheese:

The cheese market was extremely aggressive this week again in response to the world markets and the potential for exports. My thoughts are that it might slow down a little, but I do not see any immediate weakness in the markets. As always I must state that these are only my opinions and observations of the markets and can guarantee no results.

We all thank you for your continued business and wish you and your families a safe and relaxing Spring weekend!
